COURSE INFORMATION

UCP SF-X: Special Forces Xperience is an intense 10-day elite boot camp designed to push your physical, mental and emotional boundaries. Created and delivered by Unit 109 Special Operations members and former UKSF & USSF elite forces, this program gives you a realistic taste of Special Forces training—adapted for civilians, security professionals, and anyone seeking extreme personal development. Train across our UCP UK Academy (London, Brecon, Hereford) or the UCP Thailand Academy SOTC Specialist Facilities in Bangkok. This is the original and ultimate SF experience — only at UCP Group.

  • Cold and hot exposure and recovery techniques
  • Mobility, injury prevention & conditioning
  • Unarmed Combat – Knife and Baton Defence
  • Strength training

DAY 3 – Leadership Under Pressure

  • Situational Awareness – Surveillance basics
  • Technical Surveillance and Placement of Intel (dead drop Exercise)
  • Group problem-solving – working in a team
  • Communication drills – Undercover Urban mission Confidence builder
  • Decision-making under compressed timelines – Basic CQB Room entry
  • Strength Training

DAY 4 – Resilience & Stress Management

  • Controlled stress exposure activities – Force on Force Urban CQB
  • Mental resilience – Resistance to Interrogation RTI
  • Weapons Fundermentals – understanding weapons (knife fighting)
  • Weapons dissemble and assemble -
  • “Mind over Matter” endurance challenge – Mix of fitness and mind - Speed loads and fire under pressure – knife defence and attack drills

DAY 5 – Live Shooting – Firearms Range Day

  • Live Shooting .22 AR15 –5.56mm Marksman Basics Sniper – Shotgun
  • Movement and Multiple Targets
  • Blasting the Hinges off doors for CQB Room entry
  • Overwatch Marksman Drills
  • SFD Basics – Floor work – CQC improvised Defence and attack

DAY 6 – Survival Skills - Navigation & Fieldcraft

  • Shelter building
  • Fire safety & fire craft
  • Water sourcing & purification
  • Safe food prep in the field
  • Map reading & navigation
  • Terrain awareness
  • Outdoor movement skills
  • Safe, guided trekking challenge (Way Points)
  • Ropes and Knots
  • Animal defence skills – parameter drills

DAY 7 – Team Night-time Mission Challenge

  • Mission CTR Recon –

  • Infill behind enemy lines
