You will develop knowledge and competence in areas including team leadership, communication, motivation, performance management, business operations, personal development, workplace relationships and problem-solving. Optional units can also cover areas such as conflict management, meetings, projects, customer service and innovation.

How is the qualification assessed?

The qualification is assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. Learners must demonstrate the required competence and provide a portfolio of evidence covering the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of their selected units.

What evidence can I use for my assessment?

Evidence may include assessor observations, assignments, projects, reports, professional discussions, witness testimony, candidate products, worksheets, oral or written questioning and Recognition of Prior Learning.
